I woke up to the sound of someone knocking on my door. I was curled up on the couch and my laptop was still on. Thank god it was plugged in the charger. I got up and stretched my back with a few cracks then slowly made my way to the door. I opened it to find Proxy. The sun was kinda hurting my eyes but I knew it was her by her scent.
“Hey, Proxy. Isn’t it a little early?” I said with a yawn.
“Don’t even start with me Molly!” She practically yelled. That woke me up and my eyes soon adjusted to see a very pissed off Proxy.

The sun was setting and I was still at the comunity collage, staring at the black computer screen as it haunted me. I looked at my planner to see what I had to write about for the tenth time this past half hour. I sighed then stared at the screen once more, hoping the prompt would write itself and I could go home.
“Hey, Molly!” Jenna said. Jenna was a black and white rabbit with stunning blue eyes. She was also in the same creative writing class I was in. Looks like she was done with the prompt early. She held her bad in one arm while the other held her library pass, ready to show the librarian, in her hand.

The cold wind blew against the windows making them creak and Proxy shake with fear. I petted her soft brown fur, trying to calm her down and to give her comfort. She flinched every time I touched her or if the wind blew harder than before which sadden me a little. From outside we could hear things blowing through the night, like leaves and litter, with the wind and every so often it would howl in the chimney, making Proxy’s ears twitch and go back.
